Biography

Vicky Hall is an English actress and nurse. Born on 25 February 1977 in Newcastle upon Tyne, she trained in drama at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.

She is best known for playing Lindsay Pearce in the Channel 4 comedy-drama series Teachers (2003–2004) and Chrissy Farrell in the BBC medical drama Bodies (2005–2006). Hall has appeared in numerous other television series, including Hustle, Shameless, Line of Duty, Inside No. 9, Derek, Vera and So Awkward.

In 2019, having frequently played nurses on screen, Hall qualified as an A&E nurse and took a post at the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch, Worcestershire. She played a corridor nurse in Ken Loach's film Sorry We Missed You (2019) and assisted with the hospital set design. She returned to acting with a role in the BBC soap Doctors in 2022.
