Biography
Victor Kempster is an American production designer. He began working in the film industry in the mid-1970s as a production assistant and location coordinator before progressing to set decorator and art director roles.
Kempster served as production designer on several Oliver Stone films, including JFK (1991), Natural Born Killers (1994) and Nixon (1995). His other credits include art direction on Born on the Fourth of July (1989) and Driving Miss Daisy (1989), and production design on Miami Vice (2006), Any Given Sunday (1999), Bandits (2001), Charlie Wilson's War (2007), Larry Crowne (2011) and The Dictator (2012). He has received Emmy nominations for his work.
