Biography
Vivian Vanessa Kubrick, also credited as Abigail Mead, is an American film composer, director and actress. She is the daughter of filmmaker Stanley Kubrick and his wife Christiane.
Kubrick directed the documentary Making 'The Shining' (1980) for the BBC. She composed the score for Full Metal Jacket (1987) under the pseudonym Abigail Mead and appears uncredited in that film as a news camera operator at a mass grave, as well as in uncredited roles in 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968), Barry Lyndon (1975) and The Shining (1980).
