Biography
Wendy Finerman is an American film producer. She is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and founded her own production company, Wendy Finerman Productions, in 1988.
She produced Forrest Gump (1994), for which she shared the Academy Award for Best Picture, and The Devil Wears Prada (2006). Other credits include Stepmom (1998), Drumline (2002), P.S. I Love You (2007) and The Devil Wears Prada 2 (2026). She also produced FairyTale: A True Story (1997), for which she received a BAFTA Award.
Finerman was formerly married to producer Mark Canton and is married to David Peterson. She has four children.
