Biography
Stanley Tucci is an American actor born on 11 November 1960 in Peekskill, New York. He made his film debut in Prizzi's Honour (1985) and has since played a wide range of supporting roles.
Tucci is known for his performances as Nigel in The Devil Wears Prada (2006) and The Devil Wears Prada 2 (2026), Cardinal Bellini in Conclave (2024), Caesar Flickerman in the Hunger Games series (2012–2015), and Mitchell Garabedian in Spotlight (2015). He also appeared as Dr Abraham Erskine in Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) and in The Terminal (2004).
He made his directorial debut with Big Night (1996), which he co-wrote and starred in. Tucci has received six Emmy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards, and was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for The Lovely Bones (2009).
