Biography
Adam Tandy is a British television producer and director. He attended Latymer Upper School and briefly studied electrical engineering before working in theatre. He joined the BBC in 1987 as a floor manager and left in 1999 to work as a freelance producer.
Tandy has frequently collaborated with Armando Iannucci. His credits include producing I'm Alan Partridge (1997), The Thick of It (2005–2012) and the feature film In the Loop (2009). He has also produced Inside No. 9 (2014–), Detectorists (2014–2015), Come Fly with Me (2010) and That Christmas (2024). His work has won multiple BAFTA awards. In 2017 he founded the production company Jantaculum.
