Biography
Alden Caleb Ehrenreich is an American actor. Born on 22 November 1989 in Los Angeles, California, he began his career with a role in the television series Supernatural (2005) and appeared in Francis Ford Coppola's films Tetro (2009) and Twixt (2011). He attended New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
Ehrenreich gained wider recognition for his supporting roles in Blue Jasmine (2013) and Stoker (2013), followed by a lead role as Hobie Doyle in the Coen brothers' Hail, Caesar! (2016). He played Han Solo in Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) and starred in the series Brave New World (2020). In 2023 he appeared in Cocaine Bear as Eddie, Fair Play as Luke, and Oppenheimer as a Senate aide. He played Paul in Weapons (2025) and Zeke Stane in the miniseries Ironheart (2025). In 2026 he made his Broadway debut in Becky Shaw and won the Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Play.
