Biography
Archie Panjabi is an English actress. She was born Archana Panjabi on 31 May 1972 in Edgware, London, and graduated from Brunel University with a degree in management studies.
Panjabi made her film debut as Meenah Khan in East Is East (1999). Her other film roles include Pinky Bhamra in Bend It Like Beckham (2002), Ghita Pearson in The Constant Gardener (2005), and Gemma in A Good Year (2006). On television she is known for Kalinda Sharma in The Good Wife (2009–2015), for which she won a Primetime Emmy Award in 2010, and Nas Kamal in Blindspot (2015–2020). She has also appeared in Life on Mars (2006–2007) and voiced roles in animated series.
