Biography
Barbie Adler is a television writer and producer. She began her career in the 1990s, working as a writer on Boy Meets World (credited as Barbie Feldman) before contributing to series including Arrested Development (2003–2005), My Name Is Earl (2005–2007) and How I Met Your Mother (2012–2014, as Barbara Adler). She created the sitcom Kevin from Work (2015).
Adler has written episodes of Life in Pieces (2015–2019, as Barbara Adler), Bless This Mess (2020) and Nobody Wants This (2024). She has also served as a producer on several of these shows and is an executive producer on the upcoming series Rooster (2026). She won a Primetime Emmy Award as part of the Arrested Development production team in 2004.
