Biography
Beatrix Aruna Pasztor is a costume designer. Born on 2 March 1958 in Budapest, Hungary, she graduated from the Hungarian Academy of Applied Arts in 1984 and immigrated to the United States that year.
She began her career designing shoes and theatrical costumes in Hungary, later working as a hat designer and window dresser for New York department stores. Her film credits include Drugstore Cowboy (1989), My Own Private Idaho (1991), The Fisher King (1991), Good Will Hunting (1997), Vanity Fair (2004) and Great Expectations (2012).
Pasztor has received a Golden Satellite Award for Vanity Fair, a Saturn Award nomination for The Fisher King and a BAFTA nomination for Great Expectations.
