Biography
Chad Lowe is an American actor and director. He was born Charles Davis Lowe II on 15 January 1968 in Dayton, Ohio, and is the younger brother of actor Rob Lowe.
Lowe won a Primetime Emmy Award for his supporting role in the series Life Goes On. He has had recurring acting roles in series including ER, Melrose Place, Now and Again, 24 and Pretty Little Liars. He has directed episodes of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999), Bones (2005), Pretty Little Liars and other series, as well as the feature film Beautiful Ohio (2007).
