Chance Kelly is an American actor. He is known for playing Lt. Col. Stephen 'Godfather' Ferrando in the 2008 HBO miniseries Generation Kill and Mitchell Loeb in the series Fringe.

Born on 28 January 1967 in Armonk, New York, Kelly holds a BA from New York University and an MS from Columbia University. His film credits include roles in The Departed (2006), American Sniper (2014) and Unbreakable (2000). He was appointed an Honorary Marine in 2009 for his work on Generation Kill.
