Biography
Chelcie Ross is an American character actor. He served as an officer in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and was awarded a Bronze Star before leaving the service in 1970. He later earned an MFA from the Dallas Theater Center.
Ross is known for film roles including Reporter in The Untouchables (1987), Captain Talcott in Basic Instinct (1992), Sheriff Carl Jenkins in A Simple Plan (1998), and Trapper in The Ballad of Buster Scruggs (2018). His television work includes appearances in Grey's Anatomy, Prison Break, Chicago P.D. and NCIS.
