Biography
Chris Seager is a British cinematographer. Born in Leicester in 1949, he has worked extensively in film and television since the 1980s.
He served as director of photography on the BBC series State of Play (2003). His other credits include Beautiful Thing (1996), Fever Pitch (1997), White Noise (2005), Stormbreaker (2006), Wild Child (2008), New in Town (2009), Retreat (2011), episodes of Game of Thrones (2011–2013), The White Princess (2017), and Monarch: Legacy of Monsters (2023).
Seager is a member of the British Society of Cinematographers, having been invited in 1996 and elected vice president in 2008. He has won two BAFTA Awards.
