Biography

Christopher Greenbury (also credited as Chris Greenbury) was an English film editor. His credits date from the late 1970s and include more than thirty feature films.

He edited Dumb and Dumber (1994), the first of six collaborations with the Farrelly brothers. Other notable credits include The Naked Gun 2½: The Smell of Fear (1991), There's Something About Mary (1998), American Beauty (1999), Me, Myself & Irene (2000) and Wild Hogs (2007). With Tariq Anwar he won the BAFTA Award for Best Editing for American Beauty and received an Academy Award nomination for the same film. He was a member of the American Cinema Editors.
