Biography
Colin McFarlane is a British actor, narrator and voice actor. Born on 15 September 1961 in Upper Clapton, London, he attended The Perse School and graduated in drama from Loughborough University.
He has appeared in numerous British television series, including as various characters in the sketch show The Fast Show (1994–) and roles in Black Books (2000) and Torchwood (2006). In film he played Police Commissioner Gillian B. Loeb in Batman Begins (2005) and The Dark Knight (2008).
McFarlane is also known for voice work, including JJ in Bob the Builder (2002–2005), characters in Thomas & Friends (2017–2020) and as the narrator of the game show The Cube (2009–2021). He voiced Ulysses in the series Outlander (2014–).
