Biography
Craig Wedren is an American composer and musician. Born in Washington, D.C., he began his career as the singer and primary songwriter for the post-hardcore band Shudder to Think. After the band shifted focus to film soundtracks and later disbanded, Wedren established himself as a composer for feature films and television.
He contributed music to Velvet Goldmine (1998) and has composed scores for films including Wet Hot American Summer (2001), The School of Rock (2003), Role Models (2008), They Came Together (2014) and How to Be a Latin Lover (2017). His television work includes New Amsterdam (2018) and Yellowjackets (2021). Wedren has also released solo albums.
