Biography
David Cowgill is an American actor and voice actor. Born on 8 December 1960 in McAllen, Texas, he has worked extensively in animation, providing additional voices for films and series.
His credits include Madagascar (2005) as the Police Horse, Wreck-It Ralph (2012), Big Hero 6 (2014), Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016), Incredibles 2 (2018), Frozen II (2019) and What If...? (2021). He is also credited as David Cowgil or Dave Cowgill.
