Biography
David Sardy is an American film composer, musician, songwriter and record producer. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he first came to prominence as the leader of the 1990s noise rock band Barkmarket before moving into production work with alternative and hard rock artists.
Sardy has scored numerous feature films, including 21 (2008), Zombieland (2009), End of Watch (2012), Sabotage (2014), Bright (2017), Zombieland: Double Tap (2019) and The Beekeeper (2024). He has frequently collaborated with director David Ayer and co-composed the score for The Beekeeper with Jared Michael Fry. He has also composed for the television series The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon.
