Biography
Debra Frank is a television writer. She contributed episodes to Moonlighting (1985–1988), serving also as story editor on the series, and wrote for The Wonder Years (1989), Cagney & Lacey (1985), Diff'rent Strokes, Benson and other series.
She co-wrote the teleplay and story for the television film The Muppets' Wizard of Oz (2005) and several Christmas television films, including Santa Who? (2000). Frank received two Primetime Emmy nominations, one for writing on Moonlighting and one for music and lyrics on The Muppets' Wizard of Oz.
