Biography
Enrique Chediak is an Ecuadorian cinematographer who works principally on American feature films. He is a member of the American Society of Cinematographers and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
Born in Quito, he studied communication science in Santiago de Chile, photography in Madrid, and film at New York University from 1992 to 1996. His early credits include Hurricane Streets (1997) and The Faculty (1998).
Chediak received a BAFTA nomination for Best Cinematography for 127 Hours (2010). His other credits include 28 Weeks Later (2007), The Maze Runner (2014), Deepwater Horizon (2016), Bumblebee (2018), Transformers: Rise of the Beasts (2023) and A Minecraft Movie (2025).
