Biography
Eugene Borden, born Élysée Eugène Prieur-Bardin, was a French-American actor. Born in Paris, France, in 1897, he immigrated to the United States as a teenager in 1914 and entered the film industry by 1917.
He appeared in over 150 feature films, often in uncredited roles, as well as shorts, serials and television. His credits include Casablanca (1943), Gilda (1946), The Bishop's Wife (1947), On the Town (1949), All About Eve (1950), An American in Paris (1951), The Far Country (1954), The Fly (1958) and Quartermaster (uncredited) in To Have and Have Not (1945).
