Biography

Frankie DeMarco is a cinematographer. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, he is based in New York City.

He has worked as director of photography on feature films including Hedwig and the Angry Inch (2001), Rabbit Hole (2010), Margin Call (2011) and All Is Lost (2013), as well as on episodes of the series Mad Men (2007). His other credits include Shortbus (2006), Five Feet Apart (2019) and How to Talk to Girls at Parties (2017).

DeMarco joined the American Society of Cinematographers in 2019. He received Independent Spirit Award nominations for cinematography on Habit (1995), Hedwig and the Angry Inch and All Is Lost.
