Biography
Henry Goodman is an English actor born on 23 April 1950 in Whitechapel, London. He trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, graduating in 1972, and began his career in theatre.
Goodman is a two-time Laurence Olivier Award winner, recognised for stage performances including in Assassins, The Merchant of Venice, Angels in America, Guys and Dolls and Fiddler on the Roof. His screen credits include the Ritz Concierge in Notting Hill (1999), Dr List in Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), and appearances in The Saint (1997), Burnt (2015) and Woman in Gold (2015). He has also worked in television series such as Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Call the Midwife.
