Biography
Jerome Patrick Flynn is an English actor and singer. Born on 16 March 1963 in Bromley, Kent, he trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
He is known for his role as Paddy Garvey in the ITV series Soldier Soldier (1991–1995), Bennet Drake in Ripper Street (2012–2016), Bronn in Game of Thrones (2011–2019), and Paul Gachet in the film Loving Vincent (2017). He also appeared as Det. Sgt. Eddie Hargreaves in Between the Lines (1992).
With Soldier Soldier co-star Robson Green, he performed as the duo Robson & Jerome. Their 1995 cover of "Unchained Melody" reached number one in the UK for seven weeks and was the best-selling single of that year; the pair had two further number-one singles and two number-one albums.
