Biography
John Victor Smith was a British film editor. He began his career as an assistant editor in the late 1940s and worked as an editor from the early 1960s onwards.
His credits include The Harder They Come (1972), The Three Musketeers (1973), Robin and Marian (1976), Superman II (1980) and Superman III (1983). He received a BAFTA nomination for best editing for The Three Musketeers. Smith died in December 2019 in London.
