Biography
John Weber is a Canadian television producer and the president and CEO of Take 5 Productions. He began his career in film and television in 1995 and joined Dufferin Gate Productions in 1999, later acquiring a controlling interest which he sold in 2007. In 2009 he founded Take 5 Productions.
Weber has served as producer or executive producer on series including The Tudors (2007), Vikings (2013), The Borgias (2011), The Handmaid's Tale (2017) and Star Trek: Discovery (2017). He is a Certified Professional Accountant with a degree in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and has been a board member of FilmOntario.
