Biography
Katherine LaNasa is an American actress and former ballet dancer and choreographer. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, she trained at the North Carolina School of the Arts and danced with companies including Ballet West before moving into acting.
She has appeared in guest and recurring roles on series including Grey's Anatomy, House, Two and a Half Men, Seinfeld and Big Love. Film credits include Valentine's Day (2010), The Campaign (2012) and Jayne Mansfield's Car (2012). LaNasa starred in the sitcom Three Sisters (2001–2002) and other short-lived series such as Love Monkey and Imposters.
Since 2025 she has portrayed Charge Nurse Dana Evans in the HBO Max series The Pitt, for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2025.
