Biography
Kaya Scodelario is a British actress. She was born Kaya Rose Humphrey on 13 March 1992 in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.
She first came to prominence playing Effy Stonem in the E4 series Skins (2007–2010, 2013). Her film debut was as Eve in Moon (2009). Subsequent film roles include Peshet in Clash of the Titans (2010), Catherine Earnshaw in Wuthering Heights (2011), Teresa Agnes in the Maze Runner series (2014–2018), Carina Smyth in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017), and Claire Redfield in Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City (2021).
She has also appeared in Crawl (2019) and Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile (2019), and in the series Spinning Out (2020), The Gentlemen (2024) and Senna (2024).
