Biography
Kent Osborne is an American writer, storyboard artist and director working primarily in animation. He served as a writer and storyboard director on SpongeBob SquarePants (1999) from 2002 to 2005 and contributed to the screenplay and story for The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie (2004). He has also written for Adventure Time (2010), Phineas and Ferb (2007) and other series including Camp Lazlo and The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack.
Osborne received two Primetime Emmy Awards for his work on Adventure Time, in 2015 and 2017, along with multiple further nominations. He is the older brother of film director Mark Osborne. He has additionally acted in independent films such as Uncle Kent (2011) and All the Light in the Sky (2012).
