Biography
Lee Ross is an English actor. Born in 1971 in Luton, Bedfordshire, he attended Stockwood High School in the town. He began his career on stage as Fat Sam in a West End production of the musical Bugsy Malone and made his television debut in the series Dodger, Bonzo and the Rest.
Ross is known for his regular role as Kenny Phillips in the CITV series Press Gang (1989–1991) and as Owen Turner in the BBC soap opera EastEnders (2006 and 2009). His film credits include Paul in Mike Leigh's Secrets & Lies (1996) and Spalding in The English Patient (1996). He has also appeared in The Catherine Tate Show, White Gold and the series Andor.
