Biography
Lindsey Collins is an American film producer and studio executive at Pixar Animation Studios. She joined Pixar in May 1997 after three years at Walt Disney Feature Animation, where she managed creative teams on Pocahontas (1995), The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1996) and Hercules (1997). She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College.
Collins has held various production roles on Pixar features including A Bug's Life (1998), Toy Story 2 (1999), Finding Nemo (2003) and Ratatouille (2007). She co-produced WALL·E (2008), produced John Carter (2012) and Finding Dory (2016), and served as producer on Turning Red (2022) and Toy Story 5 (2026). She has also been executive producer on Elio (2025) and other projects, and she voices the character Mia in Cars (2006). In 2022 she was promoted to Senior Vice President of Development, where she leads the development group and pioneered the SparkShorts programme.
