Biography
Lou Wagner is an American actor born on 19 August 1940 in San Jose, California. He played Lucius in the 1968 film Planet of the Apes and the Busboy in Conquest of the Planet of the Apes (1972).
Wagner had a recurring role as mechanic Harlan Arliss in the NBC series CHiPs from 1978 to 1983. His other credits include Airport (1970) as Schuyler Schultz, Star Trek: The Next Generation (1992) as DaiMon Solok, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1993) as Krax, Columbo (1974) as Ross, My Name Is Earl (2005) as Mr Covington and Raising Hope (2010) as Wally Phipps.
