Biography
Lynn Farleigh is an English actress. Born on 3 May 1942 in Bath, Somerset, she trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and made her professional stage debut in 1962 in a production of Under Milk Wood at the Salisbury Playhouse.
She has worked extensively in theatre, including with the Royal Shakespeare Company, and has appeared in many television series and films. Her credits include the voice of the Cat in the animated film Watership Down (1978), Mrs Phillips in the 1995 BBC adaptation of Pride and Prejudice, Lady Sybil in Miss Potter (2006), and roles in series such as Sherlock (2010), Peep Show (2003), Midsomer Murders (1997) and Vera (2011).
