Biography
Marc Scott Zicree is an American science fiction author and television writer. Born on 25 August 1955 in Santa Monica, California, he studied painting, sculpture and graphic arts at the University of California, Los Angeles, and attended the Clarion Writers Workshop.
Zicree has written episodes for numerous science fiction series, including Star Trek: The Next Generation (1991), Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1998), Babylon 5 (1994), Sliders (1995–1999) and Friday the 13th: The Series (1987–1990). He is the author of the non-fiction book The Twilight Zone Companion (1982) and the Magic Time novel trilogy (2002–2005). He has also worked as a producer, director and story editor.
