Biography
Michael Vejar, also credited as Mike Vejar, is an American television director. He was born on 25 June 1943 in Los Angeles, California.
Vejar began his career working in editing and camera departments before directing episodes of series including Fantasy Island (1979–1981), The A-Team (1983), MacGyver (1985), Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987), Quantum Leap (1989), Babylon 5 (1994–1998), The X-Files (1995), Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1997–1999), Star Trek: Voyager (1997–2001), Star Trek: Enterprise (2001–2005) and JAG (2005). He also directed Babylon 5 television films.
He is the son of film editor Laurie Vejar and brother of film editor Dennis C. Vejar. Vejar received an Emmy Award nomination for outstanding editing for a single-camera series production in 1990 for an episode of The Wonder Years.
