Biography
Mark A. Hester is a film editor and member of the editorial department who has worked primarily in animation. He began his career as an assistant director on Disney features including The Fox and the Hound (1981) and The Great Mouse Detective (1986).
Hester received editor credits on Oliver & Company (1988) and The Little Mermaid (1989). He has since served as associate editor or editor on numerous animated features, among them Pocahontas (1995), Dinosaur (2000), the Madagascar films (2005–2008), the How to Train Your Dragon series (2010–2019), Kung Fu Panda sequels, The Boss Baby: Family Business (2021), The Wild Robot (2024) and Kung Fu Panda 4 (2024).
