Biography
Mark Stanley, born Mark Robert Speight, is an English actor. He was born in Leeds and graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 2010.
He is known for playing Grenn in the HBO series Game of Thrones (2011–2014), Bill Sikes in Dickensian (2015–2016) and Rob Hepworth in the third series of Happy Valley (2023). Other television roles include DI Thom Youngblood in Trigger Point (2022–2024) and Henry VIII in the miniseries Anne Boleyn (2021).
His film credits include Kajaki (2014), Mr. Turner (2014), Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015), Our Kind of Traitor (2016) and Hellboy (2019).
