Biography

Michael Jelenic is an American animator, storyboard artist, screenwriter, producer and director. He was born on 12 May 1977 in Los Angeles County, California.

He co-developed the animated series Teen Titans Go! (2013–present) with Aaron Horvath for Cartoon Network. With Horvath he co-wrote and co-produced the feature film Teen Titans Go! To the Movies (2018) and co-directed The Super Mario Bros. Movie (2023) and its sequel The Super Mario Galaxy Movie (2026).

Jelenic has also worked on series including Batman: The Brave and the Bold (2008–2011), ThunderCats (2011) and earlier shows such as Jackie Chan Adventures and The Batman.
