Biography
Michael R. Perry is an American television writer, producer and screenwriter. He graduated from Thomas Worthington High School and the USC School of Cinematic Arts.
His television credits include episodes of Eerie, Indiana (1991–1992), NYPD Blue (1996–1997), for which he shared a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series, Millennium (1997–1999), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999–2001), including the episode "Limitations" for which he won an Edgar Allan Poe Award, House (2005), The River (2012), which he co-created, Altered Carbon (2018) and Sweet Tooth (2021). As a screenwriter, he wrote The Voices (2014) and co-wrote Paranormal Activity 2 (2010).
