Biography
Nancy Richardson is a film editor. She began her career editing Stand and Deliver (1988) and went on to work on films including Thirteen (2003), Lords of Dogtown (2005), Step Up (2006), Twilight (2008), The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (2010), The Vow (2012), Warm Bodies (2013), Carrie (2013), Divergent (2014), Insurgent (2015), Love and Monsters (2020) and Fighting with My Family (2019).
Richardson has served as a professor and head of post-production at the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television. She received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for editing the 2001 television film Hendrix. She has been a creative advisor for the Sundance Directors Lab and serves on the board of the Editors Guild.
