Biography
Nathan Nugent is an Irish film editor. He has collaborated frequently with director Lenny Abrahamson, editing What Richard Did (2012), Frank (2014) and Room (2015). He also served as second-unit director on Room and The Little Stranger (2018).
Nugent won the Irish Film & Television Award for Best Editing for What Richard Did in 2013. For Room, a Canadian co-production, he received the Canadian Screen Award for Best Editing in 2016 and another IFTA for Best Editing. His other editing credits include Disobedience (2018), Mary Shelley (2017), Normal People (2020), The Novice (2021) and Swan Song (2021).
