Biography
Nicholas Blane is an English actor born in Leicester. He has worked in theatre, film and television since the late 1980s.
Blane is known for stage roles including appearances in Year of the Rat, See How They Run and Democracy. On screen he has played the Spice King in Game of Thrones (2012), Chancellor Anderton in Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves (2023), Bob in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007), Herr Doebler in The Illusionist (2006) and Senator Karloo in Andor (2022), among other parts in series such as Doctor Who, Taboo and Life on Mars.
