Biography
Norman Chancer (1934–2019) was an American actor. He appeared in supporting roles in numerous films and television series from the 1960s onwards.
His credits include uncredited parts in Goldfinger (1964) and The Great Gatsby (1974), as well as appearances in The Empire Strikes Back (1980), Outland (1981), Victor/Victoria (1982), Gandhi (1982) and The Legend of 1900 (1998). He played Moritz in the 1983 film Local Hero and featured in episodes of Highlander: The Series (1998) and other television productions.
