Biography
Pamela Withers Chilton is a costume designer working in film and television. She is credited on the feature film Shallow Hal (2001) and the series Modern Family (2009–2020).
She has also designed costumes for films including Dude, Where's My Car? (2000), The Wedding Planner (2001), American Wedding (2003) and 17 Again (2009), and for television series such as Men at Work (2012–2014) and Franklin & Bash (2013–2014). Earlier in her career she worked as a wardrobe or costume supervisor on titles including Dumb and Dumber (1994) and The Big Lebowski (1998). She is married to Hank Chilton.
