Biography
Patrick Harbinson is a television writer and producer. He has written episodes of ER (1994), 24 (2001), Person of Interest (2011) and Homeland (2011), and served as co-executive producer or executive producer on several of these series.
His other writing credits include episodes of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999), Dark Angel (2000), Millennium (1996), Wire in the Blood (2002), Lewis (2007) and The Tower (2021), for which he was also executive producer. He created the series Fearless (2017) and Kidnap and Ransom (2011), and formed the production company Windhover Films in 2021.
