Paul Blackwell is a British actor. Born in Lewisham, London, he has worked extensively in film and television, frequently appearing in small or uncredited roles as police officers, commuters and other background characters.
His credits include Him & Her (2010) as a wedding guest, Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) as a soldier, Skyfall (2012) as a commuter, Fast & Furious 6 (2013) as an armed response unit member, About Time (2013) as a Christmas shopper and commuter, The World's End (2013) as a pub customer, Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit (2014) as a New York banker, and Mr. Holmes (2015) as a station passenger. He has also worked as additional crew and a stand-in on productions including Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) and Justice League (2017), and appeared as a police officer in Fan (2016).
