Biography

Paul Karasick is a film and television editor. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in visual arts and began his career in post-production as a production assistant before advancing to assistant editor and then editor roles.

His early credits include assistant work on Copycat (1995) and The Cable Guy (1996), followed by editing on I Love You, I Love You Not (1996) and The Man Who Knew Too Little (1997). He edited episodes of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (2008), for which he received a Primetime Emmy nomination for the pilot, and The Good Wife (2012).

Karasick has edited multiple episodes of series including Arrow (2012–2014), The Flash (2014–2015), The Right Stuff (2020), Law & Order: Organized Crime (2021) and The Time Traveler's Wife (2022). He has frequently collaborated with director David Nutter on pilots and subsequent series.
