Biography
Paul Wheeler (23 May 1934 – 10 March 2025) was a British screenwriter and novelist. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, he was educated at Exeter College, Oxford, and the University of Chicago.
He wrote episodes for television series including Tenko, Bergerac, Dempsey and Makepeace (1985) and Minder, and screenplays for films such as Ransom (1974), Caravan to Vaccares (1974) and The Medallion (2003). He married Alexandra Martinez in 1964.
