Biography
Dave Humphries was a British writer and producer. Born in August 1944 in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, he died in 2001 in Penzance, Cornwall.
His screenwriting credits include the film Quadrophenia (1979) and episodes of the television series The Professionals (1983), Dempsey and Makepeace (1985) and London's Burning (1990–1998, 39 episodes). He also received credits on Full Circle (1978) and The Stud (1978). He was married to Diana Mary Curtis from 1984 until his death.
